As the name implies, MJ Penner Consulting is about my ability to provide individualized, highly focused help in the online marketing areas needed most by my clients. In a profession replete with Do-It-Yourself web design tools, the missing link is clearly high-impact visual design and a solid marketing plan to justify the website effort to begin with. The business that decides to pursue a better website than the DIY approach is the business that will stand apart on the heavily saturated web.

I'm the kind of person that likes to see the things I build DO something, not just sit there. My clients are the type that like their websites to do something too, it's just that they don't want to waste resources on learning the hard way how to figure out the best way to put their website to work. I'm a problem solver by nature, and helping people is a talent I've refined steadily over the years. There is a lot that goes into building an online presence, and I see so many websites that were clearly a waste of precious time and money. Their mandate was most likely, "We just need a website to get ourselves online." It's really too bad, because by following this mandate they've blown their chance to make a great first impression. This is where my concept for
"Web Rescue 911" originated. To give these companies a second chance to make a good first impression. This should give you an idea of how I think...it's never to late to start doing it right.

I'm located in Visalia, California. My specialty is to combine internet marketing, business consulting, and web design into an effective web marketing approach focused on driving value to website visitors.

I serve accounts throughout the country, but I'm also a local resource for Fresno, Bakersfield, Visalia, and surrounding communities. I started this company in 2005 It's the culmination of over 10 years experience in corporate media and marketing.

My background includes marketing services for healthcare, automotive, engineering, and high tech software companies. I've done some retail work as well in consumer focused sectors such as automotive and art. I have worked with the founder of Bowflex, the founder of Micron Computers, and driven marketing programs for technology startups where investor capital needed to be stretched to the limit. In short, I understand the pressures faced by executives in these companies and I work hard to provide the creative solutions and resources that meet the demands of emerging market spaces.

I bring a high degree of creativity to the table. For example, I've worked with Gordon Currie of Eldoren Consulting (look him up on Google to really understand why this is significant) on music, gaming, and creative writing marketing endeavors; including the E3 show in Los Angeles. I have a strong command of fundamentals like high impact writing, design, web hosting, and marketing strategies for putting these tools to work.

MJ Penner Consulting (Michael Penner, President) and Eldoren Consulting Inc.
